At Origin Yoga, we are committed to providing an exceptional live yoga experience connecting you to Rishikesh masters every evening. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy is designed to be fair, transparent and easy to understand.
Please read this policy carefully before reserving your place. By becoming a member of Origin Yoga, you agree to the terms set out below.
To cancel your Origin Yoga membership, please contact us directly by email:
Please include your full name, registered email address and your preferred cancellation date in your message. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
If your billing date is the 1st of each month, your cancellation request must be received by the 15th of the preceding month. Cancellation requests received less than 15 days before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing cycle.
Once your cancellation is confirmed:
We strongly encourage founding members to consider a membership pause before cancelling. You are entitled to two pauses of up to 15 days each per calendar year — your founding rate is fully protected during any approved pause. Please contact us at support@originyoga.com.au to discuss your options.
We understand that life happens. If you need to take a break from your practice, please contact us before cancelling. Origin Yoga members are entitled to:

Origin Yoga operates a monthly subscription model. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for partially used membership months. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain full access to your classes and membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
We are human beings first. In cases of serious illness, medical emergency, bereavement or other significant exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us at support@originyoga.com.au. We will review your situation with compassion and consider a partial or full refund, or a membership pause, where appropriate.

If a live class is unable to proceed due to a technical failure on our end, Origin Yoga will:
We are not liable for technical issues on your end, including internet connectivity, device compatibility or Zoom-related problems. We recommend testing your Zoom setup before your first class.

Our goal is for every member to feel the full benefit of a practice rooted in genuine Rishikesh tradition.
The Founding 50 are the first 50 members to join Origin Yoga. These members receive a permanently locked rate of AUD $99 per month for as long as their membership remains continuous and uninterrupted.
