Born in Rishikesh from a spiritual family, holding an M.Sc. in Yogic Science — academic depth meets lived practice.
With over ten years of experience and a master's degree in yoga, guiding students toward balance and mindful practice.
With five years of experience, specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar yoga, enhancing flexibility, alignment, and overall well-being.
Three evenings a week, your teacher is live from Rishikesh. Not pre-recorded. Not automated. A real person who knows your practice.
